April Monthly Meeting 2015

April monthly meeting takes place on Sunday April 19th 2015 at the Southern Academy of Performing Arts (S.A.P.A) at 10.00am.

To get there turn right from the highway onto Rushworth Street, at the top of Rushworth Street facing Scotia Bank you will see a "no entry sign" and T&TEC.
Turn right into a short street S.A.P.A is in front of you.

Monthly Show Table

There will be the usual monthly Show Table so do bring along your flowering orchids to be judged.

Monthly Plant Raffle

There will be a raffle of an orchid plant at the cost of $5, 00 for two (2) chances.

South Orchid Show 2015

The venue for the South Orchid Show 2015 is the Southern Academy of Performing Arts (S.A.P.A.)
Dates for the South Orchid Show is Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th May 2015.from 9.00am to 6.00pm on both days.

The Show Chairman is Mr. Michael Green.
Members wishing to serve on the Show Committee in the following areas can contact Mr. Michael Green 672-4686 or e-mail 9z4mgo@gmail.com
Volunteers are required to assist at the door on both days with ticket collection. To distribute promotional flyers and posters at malls and plant /flower shops.

There will be a separate category for exhibiting orchid arrangements.

Vending categories: Small, Medium, and Large.

Other

TTOS members who are members of the AOS and who are not receiving monthly magazines, can forward their name and current membership number to the Secretary for a query to be forwarded to the AOS .
