February 2014 Monthly Meeting

February monthly meeting will be a family day in Balandra.
Mr. Hugh Clerk an honorary member of the Society has graciously offered his home in Balandra for our family day on Sunday February 16th 2014.

Members are required to bring along their lunch, water, ice and any other refreshments they may require. Bring along your family and let us have a fun day.

Directions to the beach house:
The house is located in Rampanalagas in Balandra on the Toco Main Road. Approximately at the 23 mile post, you will come to a house with a sign on the gate "We reach" Mr. Clerk's house is located after that house there is a sign on the gate stating "Penzance" turn into the driveway and you will arrive at the house.

Monthly Show Table

There will be no show table at the family day in Balandra.

Condolences

The Management and members of the Society extend our deepest sympathy to Mrs Oma Ramdass on the passing of her husband Ken who was a member of the Society at the time of his death.

. South Orchid Show 2014.

The Venue for the South Orchid Show 2014 is the Auditorium at the San Fernando Campus. The dates for the Show are Saturday May 17th and Sunday May 18th 2014.
Mr. Gopaul Chackan is the Chairperson of the show and Anis Baig is Co-Chairperson.
It is not too early to ask for volunteers for the Show Committee for this show.
