AWARD
CEREMONY AND DINNER
The Society will be having an 'Award Ceremony and Dinner' to
be held on Saturday July 14 2007 at the Horticultural Society of Trinidad
and Tobago's Building on Lady Chancellor Road, Port-of-Spain. The Ceremony
will commence at 5.00 pm and will be followed by Dinner.
Tickets for this event are priced at $150.00 per person and the deadline for bookings is July 10 2007.
This is indeed an auspicious occasion for the Society as this Awards Ceremony will recognize members for long standing membership as well as Service to the Society in various spheres of activity.
We look forward
to your appreciative support of the Awardees and your attendance on this auspicious
occasion.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Sunday July 22nd 2007 at the Horticultural Society of Trinidad and Tobago Building on Lady Chancellor Road, Port-of-Spain.

- Reading and Confirmation of the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting of July 23rd 2006.
- President's
Report.
a) Presentation of the Penny Enterprise Trophy and Certificates of Appreciation. - Treasurer's Report.
- Election of Officers to the Management Committee for 2007/2008.
- Appointment of an Auditor for 2007/2008
- Any other Business.
The meeting will also include the Monthly Show Table and distribution of plant prizes won over the period January to July 2007.
