Orchids! Christmas in October Part 2

Our Annual October show will be held at the Trinidad Country Club, Long Circular Road, Maraval on Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th October 2017 from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Registration

Registration of plants will take place on from noon on Thursday October 26th 2017.

Members are reminded to use the registration form which will soon be circulated.

There are also prizes for flower arrangements in the following categories:

(1) Orchid Arrangements
(2) Orchid & local grown cut flowers
(3) Orchid & imported cut flowers.
(4) Corsages.

Show Entry and Tickets

Members are requested to take advance show entry tickets to sell which are priced at $25.00 while entry at the door is $30.00.

Only financial members who display their badges for the year 2017/2018 will be admitted free of charge to the Show. Members who have not yet received their cards can request them on the days of the show.

Assistance at the upcoming Show

The Show Committee is appealing to members to come forward to give their support and assistance at this show. Beside assistance at the door on both days of the Show, there are a number of areas that assistance is required. Members can write their names and contact number on a slip of paper and hand it to Joan Hampton or Diane Huggins at this month's meeting.
