This month we will be having two dynamic presentations:
1. Orchid Pest and Disease by Angie Ford. If you have any plants that are sick you can bring the diseased leaves in a SEALED clear plastic bag and pictures of the plant for us to diagnose.
2. Single Entry Display at the Orchid Show byAnthony Navarro.
A reminder to those who not paid for their May 2017 show tickets, to be please do so at the meeting.
The monthly raffle of an orchid is back. Will this month be your month to win it?
Don't forget to bring along your flowering orchids for the Monthly Show Table especially those new members to win your plant prizes.
ORCHID SHOW ON OCTOBER 28TH and 29th OCTOBER, 2017.
Our October show is just a couple weeks away. This year the show will return to the Trinidad Country Club on the 28th and 29th October with theme Orchids! Christmas in October Part II Our chairperson is Charlene Garica. Please feel free to contact her if you would like to be part of the committee at 780-3378.
Setting up of displays and plants entries will take place on Thursday 26th from 12.00 midday. If you are unable to bring on plants on set up day, please contact any member of the show committee to make arrangements to have them at the show.
Persons interested in vending are asked to attend this monthly meeting to collecting vending contract and make payment for your booths.
