The Annual General Meeting will be held at
10.00 AM on Sunday, July 20, 2003 at the Horticultural Society of Trinidad and Tobago Hall, Lady Chancellor Road, Port of Spain. All members are reminded that the election of officers for 2003/2004 will be held.

The Jean Khan Cup, awarded to the member
scoring the most points for exhibits at monthly meeting show tables and the Penny Enterprise Trophy, awarded by the President of the Society
to the member who in the President's opinion has made the greatest contribution to the Society in
the past year will be presented at the meeting.
There will also be a show table.
