Annual General Meeting will be held on July 18th, 2004 at HSTT headquarters,
Lady Chancellor Road, Port of Spain. The Meeting will start at 10.00 a.m.
Please make an effort to attend. There will be the usual Show table. Members
are reminded they have to be financial to vote.

The August monthly
meeting will be held on 16th August 2004 at HSTT headquarters.
The Annual Orchid Show
will be held at the Ambassador Hotel from Thursday September 30, 2004 to Sunday
October 3, 2004. A Show Committee headed by Mr. Gopaul Chackan has been set
up and planning of the event is under way. If you are willing to assist please
contact Mr. Chackan.
At this time we are pleased
to confirm that the show will be judged by Judges from the American Orchid
Society. Judges will be considering the exhibits for the American Orchid Society
Display Trophy and individual plants for awards of merit as well as cultural
and botanical awards. The last time such judging took place in Trinidad was
in 1999 and 13 awards were granted including a First Class Certificate (FCC).
This FCC was one of 14 granted world wide in 1999. We hope to do better this
time so please start grooming your entries from now
